For those who need the copper jacketed lead 7.62x39 projectiles, with no steel in the jacket, it appears the Wolf "yellow box" stuff, from Ukraine apparently is
showing up.  Also in the Red Army Standard boxes, it appears.
I would think if you are required to have non magnetic ammo at your range, this is the time to get some,
as it seems like it's been a long time since any of the steel cased stuff, has been made and imported.
Of course it's more expensive.
Has this showed up in any other packaging, other than the RAS or Wolf?

So far its just been 762x39 FMJ in Wolf and RAS branding, both coming out of the same factory in Ukraine. There may be a 762x39 HP load coming, as well as 762x54R copper jacket which is almost certain too provided the fighting in that part of Ukraine subdues and they can get back to regular business. From what I hear it is much to dangerous to put the ammo shipments on the road right now in E Ukraine to get it to port and that will cause some limited supply issues on this ammo in the next few months

Why the $75 price difference, if it's made in the same factory?
Could you tell us if there is a velocity difference, or have you noticed an accuracy difference between the Wolf and the RAS?

I was confused, I didn't realize that there are four kinds of RAS ammo available from you:

  • AM1920B- RAS unsealed steel case, bi-metal jacket, made in Ukraine - $239.94/1080

  • AM1889  - RAS lacquer coated steel case, sealed primers and case mouths, bi-metal jacket, made in Romania - $257.70/1080

  • AM1925B- RAS unsealed steel case, non magnetic, made in Ukraine -$323.46/1080 and

  • AM1930B- RAS brass case, sealed primers and case mouths, non magnetic, made in Bosnia - $527.94/1080

In this case you must have been referring to the AM1925B.

I like the choices you offer.  Each one fills a different niche.
How does the RAS brass case compare to my favorite, Arsenal of Bulgaria brass case?
