With the 9mm getting so popular I would hope a provider would put together a 9mm lower with 9mm parts and the necessary 9mm hammers, 9mm bolts, 9mm recoil spring and anything else I have left out needed to build a 9mm carbine. In other words a 9mm package. Any input on this subject?

There are already quite a few companies offering that, along with complete carbines.  Is there something lacking in those offerings you're asking about?

There are already a few options out there. Personally I like the glock mag lowers, but I don't like to be restricted to only 1 caliber for my lower. Get the 9mm Kit for colt mags, along with all the parts to make it function. Still utilizes a good ar15 lower.

In my opinion though.. 9mm AR15=Trash. Reliability issues. Buy a SMG

Thanks for the advice Big Shooter414. Sorry for the late reply. I agree the 9mm is lacking in many ways but I do have a dedicated 9mm carbine and I
really enjoy shooting it. If it comes to push or shove I definitely will grab a different rifle. I just like to build rifles and will probably build a complete 9mm.

There are several companies offering completed 9mm AR carbines and pistols, as well as complete lowers.

I'm slowly building a 9mm AR pistol, and from what I have noticed, it seems like the availability of parts can be tough.  9mm bolts, lowers (both dedicated and 5.56) and uppers seem to be the toughest to find in stock, as well as cheaper free float handguards.  Magazines at the places that have the best prices seem to go quickly as well.   I've been told that we are in the beginnings of a panic buying (fear of the presidential election not going our way), but I don't know if that's the case or not.

Since you like building (as do I), what I've been doing is to get the parts that sell out quickly first.
