Considering picking up a Tom's Tactical Lower Build Kit but haven't been able to find much in the way of a review or opinions on them. Looking for something in a price point similar to PSA build kits (Magpul CTR stock, MOE grip).

Anyone have experience with them? Thanks in advance.

-----------

It's that kit or the PSA CTR Kit

Any other suggestions for a part kit or even the parts but around that $150 range?

After much comparison shopping, agonizing, and frettin, I recently picked up 2 LBKs from Tom's.  One was the Black hawk Stock for $100, and the other was the CTR for $150.

My first build, but I was not dissatisfied in the least.  All went together very well.

Couple things, the grip is MOE and I would have preferred MOE+, just bought one from PA for $15.
Also, the Black anodizing on the safety selector and the mag release didn't quite match my aero precision lower.

Other than those two really small gripes...GTG !!

YMMV

Thanks, appreciate the insight. Missed the MOE vs MOE+ also have an Aero lower so anodizing note was good to know as well.

If I could adda question, how is the quality of the telestock on this kit?  I have seen some real that feel real "cheap" and some that feel quite solid.  I wasn't going to use a collapsing stock, but am considering now that my granddaughter is coming of shooting age and it would hel her with LOP

Got my kit today. Great quality and all the parts fit perfectly. Actual roll pin was provided for the bolt catch, not a split pin. I upgraded  the buffer and trigger for an additional 18 bucks. Toms is good to go.

Safety selectors are parkerized steel so will never match; I've never has a build where the anodization on the magazine release matched, not something that I've every heard anyone bring up as a point.
