I don't have that exact upper from PSA but I do have one of PSA's Freedom stainless uppers and it has been GTG. The barreled upper you linked to has the FN barrel (better than the freedom barrel) and a MI hand guard. That will be a great barreled upper and the PSA BCG you linked to gets good reviews.

You'll be good to go. I had a couple of those uppers a while back. No issues to report.

Currently run the same setup except mine came with the yankee hill rail. Good to go, you will be pleased.
