I have a 12 inch Larue Stealth barrel on the way and am thinking of building an SBR at some stage. I'm looking for a rail bewteen 10-11 inches. The DD and Larue rails look a little heavy, the Geissele rail is too long at 13 inches. Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

I'm in the same boat. Last SBR I did was with a Noveske 11.5 with a Rainier revolution 10" handguard and that is a weighty dog. I have a LaRue Stealth 14.5" inbound and am losing track in what to wrap around it. Don't need a 4-sided rail so much, but would like the ability at attach a light and something to anchor my offhand to. I bought a DD M4 10" a couple years ago, but that would end up weighing just too much. The Fortis ones look pretty light, any experience?

Easy choice, SLR Rifleworks 11" MLok or Keymod you can get it with a titanium barrel nut or Aluminum barrel nut. Or if you want more barrel showing them the 10" KMR.

I'm using the SLR Rifleworks for my 12.5" build, have most of the parts.

12.5" sbr is going to be my next build. I have the rail narrowed down to 3 choices. 11" Troy VTAC Alpha, 11" Troy M-LOK Battlerail, or 10" ALG EMR V3 M-LOK

How about a ALG EMR?  Available in 10" or 12".  Of course, you'll have to plan for muzzle device accordingly.  At the shorter lengths, I like to use a linear compensator.

Here's a 10"  EMR V2 on a 10.5" barrel.

That is exactly what I have next on the build list right there.  Still getting parts together, hadn't chosen my ff hg yet.

I considered a lot of rails for my 12.5" barrel. I wanted the less amount of barrel showing, I didn't want it to close to the end of the rail. Since that would limit me on suppressor choices. So I looked at 11" rails, I already had a adjustable Gas block so the centurion was out. Rev Arms Keymod 11.4" I didn't like the looks,  SLR Rifleworks has 11" MLok or Keymod and then right at the end I looked at the KMR 10" since the top is 10" the sides flar to 10.5" the SLR is like 10.9" I eventually chose the SLR M-Lok

Good luck do your homework and you'll find one you'll be happy with!

Another 12" Stealth barrel coming in here. I'm thinking about getting the Mega M-Lok rifle length upper. I'm keeping options open though.
