I have 2 competition Rifles, one with a PSA upper and one with a Del-ton upper... Then I have a Del-ton Middy 16 inch and a Carbine from PSA. All 4 units have been flawless and have thousands of rounds on them. Both Del-tons I bought as kits, The PSA's I bought barreled uppers and pieced together the rest. I have recommended Del-tons to 3 friends and they all are happy. |

Strictly based on the kind of service you're likely to get from PSA if you have an issue I would go with Delton.
I'm being serious here, if Delton screws up your order or something at least they might return an email or phone call. |

i have a delton, rock river and a franken gun. the delton has been flawless for about 4 years.

I would also say go with a Del-Ton. I bought a kit from them 3+ years ago and it's been nothing but good. This is my finished build and it's a great shooter.

I have never done a kit. That being said I have used 7 Del-Ton barrels in my builds. All are rock solid. 16" carbine and mid length, and 1 is a 20" barrel. All are very accurate the 20" is a tack driver IMHO. I would NOT hesitate to buy a kit from Del-Ton.
