i'm looking for a quality barrel manu that makes 7.62x39 16" middy barrel for a new build i'll be doing.

ballistic advantage barrels i like and i've contacted them.  i have an upper with one of their barrels in 5.45 and it shoots well.

looking to spend around $250-$350 ish for a quality 7.62 barrel with extension installed.

rest of the upper looks like this: Noveske forged upper, Fail Zero bolt carrier, Cason Bolt, BCM CH, KAC URX 4 13" or 14.5" hand guard.

thanks for your input!

Standard AR lower?

I assume a middy is better suited on a 16" x39, just as it is on a 556?
