FST - 300 Blackout build
Seekins Forged Lower, BCM Upper Rainier Select 16" 300 BLK Barrel with 5R rifling
White Oak Armament LPK with ALG Defense Trigger Phase 5 (early original!) Extended Bolt Release YHM JP 15" Free-Float Rail CAA Tactical Grip Custom Made Levang Style linear Compensator And the typical spattering of excellent Magpul gear I want to put a Strike Industries Cobra Foregrip on this, but I need the lower picatinny rail to be like 2 slots longer to be comfortable. I'm trying to figure something out for that.  |

So I'm pretty much done with my first ever build. All I have left to do is install my phase 5 bolt release and BCM grip when they arrive. I also need some form of optic but I plan to research a little more before buying anything. This has been pretty exiting to say the least. I now see why this can be addictive lol

Thanks! I don't think the iRMT-R will work with the SAR. Pretty sure you need a regular SP223 upper for that rail. I had to hunt for the upper and lower, and paid like $75 above retail to get them. (Not complaining at all.) will be sure to post pics when I get her all finished up.

Anchor Harvey raw forging M4 flat top upper BCG from TR-Enabling (appears to be GTG, will report on performance later) 14.5" 5.56 1/7 M4 Profile barrel from Anderson Mfg Fortis Rev 12" free float rail and a custom 2.125" long flash-hider turned & milled from 3/4" steel hex bar (will be welded & pinned after I treat it with cold gun black) No sites yet, but plan to get Troy's flip-ups. Went out and zeroed it the other day. The rifle impressed me, I zeroed it at 50 yards, moved back to 100 and fired 30 rounds. This was the outcome 
Overall I am happy with how the build turned out. I am in the process of building another one with the same exact parts this one has except will be FDE for the significant other. Should be done this week, just waiting on the other stripped lower to arrive. |

My buddies gun he just finished, the lower on it is a 80% lower milled out from 80% lowers. Gun shoots great and the compensator on it makes it crazy loud
