Here she is, finally.... Came back from deployment and put it together, went to the base and had one of the CATM guys torque the barrel nut and check headspace and all that good stuff. It was pretty cool shooting my AR on the same range that we get trained on our m4's and m16's. Too bad all the FDE doesnt match, oh well. And lastly I had to represent by showing you guys my awesome MFE patch!

The alpha rail is def one of the best light-weight options out there IMO. I think it balances better than the DD lite 12. The fact that it mounts up with a standard barrel nut is really innovative and forward thinking. Get one, you won't regret it. Thanks for the compliment btw! |

This is the rebuild of a rifle I kaboomed (More on that here.)

What part of WA are you in? thanks, hope it stays in this configuration but who knows. the trijicon is the first piece of glass that made me want to pay several hundred dollars for it, ill say that. I looked through one at adventure sports in lynnwood a while back and I started saving till I had enough for it. it is remarkably clear, its very user friendly and very adaptive to your sight preference. i've never looked thru or checked out a zeiss but I can't imagine its much better than the trijicon. I am in south snohomish county, was in everett but moving soon to lake stevens. |
