It was my first try at rattle canning a gun. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. Pic thread: |

Speced almost how I want to build a 308 some day. |

I say it a new gun and old dpms died. |

Purpose built for as little recoil as possible on this one for my wife after she and my little girl did not like shooting my lightweight 14.5 with welded on claymore. Spikes upper, bcm large ch, brownell's bcg, Vtac rail, 10.5" heavy barrel, single chamber brake, RRA lower with polished rra single stage trigger, H2 buffer and other magpul stuff... shoots like a 22.

Was gonna build my upper but I got a nice deal on this Troy blemished upper, it has a Seekins ambi safety, Strike Industries pivot pins, a Primary Arms red dot and back-up iron sights. Next I'm adding a Raptor charging handle Magpul stock, and using the upper I originally bought to build either a 6.8 or .300 upper, haven't decided yet on which

First build. Definitely not my last. Dinged the bolt catch{imagine that} and the trigger guard roll pin needed a little extra oomph but it's nothing a black sharpie won't hide. Pretty sure all I need is another barrel and upper receiver and I'll have everything for another build, Got a little carried away shopping the EE for this one.
