8.5" Aero Blkout barrel pistol gas.
Spike's BAR 7". YHM 4302-28A (Phantom LT being processed now). KAC hand stop/ KAC rails behind it. Spike's blem upper. MBUS Gen2 sights AR223 scope (will more than likely replace scope and mounts later). Lower is my SBR lower. Blkout won't get used as much as my suppressed 10.3" so this seemed like the best idea.

My first build. I'm hooked and plan on starting another one for myself & one for my girlfriend. Hopefully a 1911 soon as well.
The Lower was supposed to be cerakoted, but my LGS had some issues with their spray booth location a few days after I dropped it off & decided to build their own. I was told it was a 7 day delay so it should be 3 weeks from when I dropped it off. after about 4 weeks I got impatient and told them to just build it for me. My next lowers will be cerakoted. 80% Lower from AO Sword Signature 16" 1/7 twist 5.56 Nitride Coated Barrel from AO Sword KE Arms Stripped Upper UTG 13" Super Slim Free Float Keymod Handguard Bushmaster LPK UTG Mil-Spec Stock Kit Magpul CTR Stock (added sinced pics) Magpul MBUS Iron SIghts

I've got a few rounds through it already and it's quite a smooth shooter. I did some testing with my factory SR-15 on a lower that I was running the VLTOR A5 on and it ran perfectly, so I knew I could build a rifle with the barrel and BCG purchased off the EE. AAC middy melonite finished barrel with a 13.5" KAC URX 3.1 on Anderson upper receiver. It will be receiving a Magpul MVG purchased from the EE along with some different KAC URX panels.
The lower half is a Noveske gen1 with a KAC triggerguard and LMT 2 stage trigger. The stock is a LMT SOPMOD which is easily my favorite. I'm trying to figure out what optic for it. Progress so far:

A little update to my Noveske NSR cutout build.
Waiting on a PWS FSC 556 Brake to arrive tomorrow which is also compatible with my Yankee Hill 308 can. Barrel will be threaded so that the shoulder is just past the end of the NSR-11. |

Another budget build for the wife.
JSE upper (rifle kit), and Anderson lower from FatBoyTactical. $458 total with shipping and FFL fee for lower. Just need to get a rear sight, and let her decide on the same type of red dot she has on her 15-22, or some type of magnified optic. Still have another stripped lower left, not sure when I'll get around to building another, or what it'll be.

It was a long winter up here and when the snow finally melted, I was left with this.
The lower is a Bushmaster that I got from Brownells. They had a sale last fall and the lgs owner owed me a favor and did the transfer. I ended up getting two. The barrel is a 24" White Oak, 1-8 that they fluted for me. I also got the bolt from them and they head spaced it to the barrel. It has a 3# Timmney trigger that breaks nice but has just the slightest bit of creep to it. I'm going to give it a little time to see if it will settle in, if not, back it goes. The scope is a Leupold, 6-18 vxII. What can you say about Leupold? I've never used a bad one. The range finally cleared enough so I headed down yesterday to see what I had. After about 10 shots to get sighted in, I shot the first 5 shot group with Federal 69 grain match. The second group was a three shot using a reload with 69 grain Sierra HPBT and BL-C(2). They were shot at 100 yard from a sand bag. I think with a little work, this is going to be a one hole gun. |

Turner Tactical lower, Magpul buttstock, Anderson LPK & buffer tube. Delton complete mid length upper. Now just need to get some ammo and take her out to the range.

just got all the lower parts in finally, PWA Commando preban Stag LPK and extension tube CTR stock Hogue grip Norgon ambi catch for my lefty ass Badass ambi safety short fat levers KNS gen 2 pins to save the pin holes as long as i can ( i know they arent needed unless its automatic but its cheap insurance since im in the ban state and prebans are $$$) Custom sticky note hand written for my wonderful governor to show my feelings about the "assault" weapon ban in which i strongly disagree, but iam complying to it under duress from the state . 
the upper behind it is a stag model 3, yes, the front sight is on backwards, wont fold back over the handguard thats on it..yes, its gas block height front sight.
not sure why the grip has a gap...either lower is out of spec or the grip is not made right...it dont bother me none
