Here are my 1st 2 builds. First AR was a Sig400E, sold it to a buddy.
Black one: Spikes upper/lower, Nordic 18" ss barrel, Troy VTAC guard, Timey trigger, Magpul stock, YHM buis, Nikon scope on ADM mount. Edited to remove dead links.
First build, first AR. Specs: Tactical Innovations lower (upper receiver tensioning screw, wire EDM cut magwell, rear takedown pin detent spring retaining screw) Black Hole 18” lightweight profile barrel in 5.56, rifle length gas, 1 in 8" twist. Rainier Arms forged flat-top upper, minus FA. AIM surplus Nickel-Boron BCG BCM Mod4 CH Buttstock is a Tactical Intent TI-7, sold as a Damage Industries E.C.S., in SHTF Brown. Kaw Valley Linear Comp Still needs a light, more mags and possibly a VFG. Also I am not happy with the DD 1.5 rear sight, so that may get swapped out too. |

my budget spikes build. 60 dollar lower, 399 Palmetto Upper- 16" M4 Profile FN barrel, Midwest Industries SS12G2 handguard, 99dollar MOE psa parts kit with magul stock, 19.99 magpul Moe + grip, leftover ruger BU sites from my SR556E and a leftover bushnell trophy red dot until I can decent on an optic.

This was a bushmaster I picked up cheap a few years ago. Troy alpha rail, magpul fde moe stock and pg, Mbus sites. Had an eoTech on it but sold it to fund another project. Changed the barrel out to a FN 1/8.

The tax stamp route really isn't all that difficult just be patient with it. |

This is my fifth complete build…and probably my favorite thus far.
*Mega Arms - Upper/Lower combo *PSA - buffer, spring & tube, and LPK *Magpul - ACS-L stock *PSA - mil-spec, single stage trigger with my very first custom trigger job! (7 lbs, gritty pull to a 4.25 lbs minimal travel pull) *Spikes - NiB BCG *Spikes - FN Cold Hammer Forged 16 Mid-Length Barrel (5.56) cut down to 14.75" and re-threaded with 5/8x24 thread pitch *KAC - QDC flash suppressor *KAC - URX 3.1 handguard *KNS - anti tilt/roll pins *Troy - QD sling adaptor *Waiting on a T-1 on LT660 mount & BUIS.
