Improved 25M AR15A2 / A3 / A4 & AR15 Carbine Zero Targets - Calibrated for 50/200M, 100M, 300M
thecolter383  [Team Member]
I have created a series improved 25M zero targets (based of the standard US Military 25M zero target) that will allow the shooter to zero for 50/200M, 100M, and 300M using a 25yd/M range. The different targets are calibrated for both 20" full length service rifles and also 14.5" / 16" carbines with the shorter sight radius. The bold centering lines should assist in acquiring the good sight picture required for zeroing. These are also in different colors in addition to the traditional black for your individual preference.

Trajectories used were an average of M193 and M855 ballistic data. This should get most shooters in the right area. As you know, this can change with different loads.

TARGETS FOR AR15 RIFLES & CARBINES w/ OPTICS
Adjustment grid references are calibrated for 1/2 MOA adjustments that are common on most optics (Aimpoint, EOtech, etc...)

100M Zero Target for AR15 Rifles & Carbines w/ Optics
Standard 300M Zero Target for AR15 Rifles & Carbines w/ Optics

All targets are designed for standard 8.5x11 paper. Make sure your page scaling is set to 'NONE' in your print settings for proper scaling.

Grid dimensions for targets are:
Rifle Targets: .96cm
Carbine Targets: 1.3cm
Optics Targets: 1/2" (numbered grids)

Be safe and good shooting!

Also check out these targets that I created for use with Aimpoint style optics.

Amazing work!!

I'll wait for the 50yd one.

Thanks.

Make us one for the AK.

When I print them as "Fit to Printable Area", the grid is 1cm squares.
Is that correct?

the grid squares are 0.96 cm, so you should be right about there

Outstanding! Thanks.

When I print it as "None" they are about that dimension(< 1cm square).
If that's correct then I'll print them that way.

I just figured it was a round dimension.

Pretty awesome. I'll be able to do this at my local indoor range. Thanks!

Alright, I've simplified things and created targets for 50/200M, 100M, and 300M zeroes for both rifles and carbines.

Another thank you!

I've added targets that should be useful for a variety of optic equiped rifles with grid references calibrated for 1/2 MOA click adjustments.

These are great. You got some chops.

Could you do some targets with multiple silhouettes reduced for 25 meters?
The ones I've seen are usually poster sized but you could certainly fit a number of the 100M-300M targets onto one letter size page.

Would you able to make 50yard zero target (at 25meter or yard) for BUIS sights, if possible?

The first ones (Iron Sights) should work with your BUIS.

Thank you for these, they are of excellent quality

Thanks for the great targets.
Maybe I am being a bit dense here but I am having difficulty understanding what part of the silhouette is to be used as center mass on the 50/200 meter carbine optics target?

Center mass on the silhouette is shown with the bold gray lines. You'll aim center mass of the silhouette target and make your sight adjustments so your rounds impact within the dashed circle.

Thanks for the quick reply.
That works as POI should be 1.2" below POA for 50M zero at 25M for a M4 with absolute co-witness red dot.

Oh by the way, thanks for the great targets!

Thanks for the time u put in this. I have a brain injury from Iraq so the contrast between the red of your target and the green of my trij tr24g triangle helps lots. Man I'm glad you made these!
