I am researching and i was told if i built a AR 7.62x39 at 12.5-inch barrel  length is a good way to have stability for that caliber than short length barrel?

Can you please provide more information.

I am planning to assemble a 12.5" barrel, 7.62x39 upper assembly with the Adam Arms piston system.

Look into a Black Rifle Arms. Their system was designed around the 7.62x39 caliber. 11.5" Black Rifle Arms Shooting at 100 yards at Metal Targets

I don't think accuracy will suffer, but this is what you give up in velocity:

Take a look at these uppers. I haven't shot it past 100 yds yet, but it's pretty accurate at 100, with a red dot. They claim accuracy to 200 yds.

No way that I would spend that much cash for a 7.62x39.  I would build a .300AAC (I did), and then a Grendel (on the list).

I will continue to enjoy my 14.5" Colt 7.62x39 that I got for very cheap on the EE.  It was a neutered 16" that I practically stole and then had Adco make a correction.

Shown here with HVT:

Anything past 150 yards and you start "lobbing" shots with a 7.62x39 through a 16" barrel. Now consider the velocity loss of a 12.5" barrel.

I have built 4 7.62x39 ar15 variants and while they are fun to shoot, I wouldn't rely on them to be accurate past 150 yards.
