Can somebody measure AA mid length drive rod length for me? Thanks.

Overall Length on a Mid Length Drive Rod is 11.250"

My drive rod looks little shorter, please check picture - 11 1/16 inch.
Note measurement started from 2 inch for some reason.

I discovered one interesting fact. I have working carbine length piston system and measured length of rod. It is 2 inch shorter than my mid length rod - about 9 1/16. So, as for gas port locations, difference between carbine and mid length system is 2 inch (7.8" vs 9.8").
According this information I have non defective drive rod. Unfortunately I have no ability for testing, I bought parts for future project.
