Those of you who have Adams Arms piston rifles, what front sights did you put on them? There are different types of front sight gas blocks/front sight bases.  What is the name of the one Adams has?

I bit the bullet and ponied up for the Magpul BUIS Pros.
Not like anything other than metal can be used if you want to place the front sight as far forward as possible.

AA rifles do not use Gas Block front sights, just regular height front sights. However, do not use Magpul or any polymer front sight on the gas block, they will melt! I run troy flip up iron sights on one of my AAs and Diamondback flip up irons on my other AA. They both work great.

If you want to use polymer sights, and have a handguard with a picitinny rail, you can mount the front sight on the rail behind the gas block.

I run the MagPul BUIS Pro sights set. The standard sights are polymer but the Pro series sights are not. I also like the way that the MagPul BUIS Pro front sight does not need that AR sight tool to adjust. Both the front and rear sights can be adjusted by hand. I only bought them because they were the only metal sight set my gun store had and I did not want to order any, I liked how easy they could be adjusted and I wanted sights that could be flipped down easily without having to press any buttons for when I want to run a long range optic. But I will say that there are much nicer sights out there than the MagPul BUIS Pro if you want to spend the extra money.
