Nice find. I've been looking at a 16'' fluted REPR myself. The rifle balances better than I thought a 308 would.

Well the seller is not responding to My FFL (had two different one's try) or acknowledging he has received any paperwork. and his phone number listed is no good.............. I am.little nervous about sending a money order ..Advice?

GunBroker is pretty good about weeding out illegitimate sellers... Feedback is key... Ive used it for over 150 transactions without any major issues... BUT what your describing does sound sketchy. I wouldn't send anything unless his info checked out... An old saying goes something like "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is"

Well he is still claiming he has not received anything from either FFL..and he will not provide a valid Phone number.. I offered to have someone meet him at a local GS..to make the transfer...waiting to hear back

That or find an FFL with a good rep near the seller. See if the seller will agree to have it take possession first.
Once FFL confirms receipt, send payment (if you're really nervous, send payment to the FFL too), FFL ships. Might cost you a few extra dollars but it's cheap insurance. |

glad you picked up one, I just got a 20" REPR, love it
 , mine is super accurate, looking forward to taking some classes to learn long distance shoot. enjoy your new rifle
