Looks as if my older entries has went the way of the archives
Anyhow, here is an update. I found a set of "no drain hole" hand guards, grey slip ring, and a early large pad door. I just need to find an early bend gas tube. Hint, Hint. I was really happy to score an early US made Realist scope to compliment the upper assembly, Because, I want to make up some hollow point hand loads for the Green Mountain barrel, so that I can have some fun thinning out my ground hog problem.
