does any one know if there nitride barrel is coated inside and out or  is it just an external coating.

i emailed them but no response yet. it would be great if it was coated internally also.

looking at the 20 pencil .625 gas block

from what i've seen, the nitriding process is a salt bath so it would be inside and out.

I wondered the same thing, and could only assume it is inside and out given the price point (comparable to chrome lining). The description on the ar15sport website is definitely ambiguous.
