I was just thinking, the RTI kit pic shows a barrel that is finished with the site base installed in the pics, my question is if you add the $100 on do you get a finished barrel with the base installed?  Or are they're pics deceiving?  If it's not finished and ready to go, I don't want it, I can buy one else where.

Mine was complete and ready to be installed on the upper
