A Cowboy Moral
A cowboy was out hunting strays one hot summer day. He had been at it since daylight and it was now late in the very hot, dusty afternoon. He was beat down from the heat and parched something terrible when he came upon a little creek. The water wasn't very deep but it was clear and wet and inviting. He jumped off his horse and fell face first into the water. He drank his fill and spent a good time just soaking in the stream, cooling off, letting the water run over his head and neck and down his shirt. Finally, refreshed and re-hydrated he got back on his horse and turned and rode up stream a little ways. He rounded a long bend in the creek, and there, laying in the middle of the stream that he had just drank from was a cow. A dead, bloated, hair slipping off, burst open cow. He got off and puked until his asshole was drawed up nearly to his navel.
The moral to that story? After you drink from a creek never re-mount and ride up stream, you might find something you won't like.
After you buy something don't go looking to see if you could have gotten a better deal.
After you turn down a deal don't go back and see if it was better than you thought.
