Those 6 other people that read your post before I did, and they didn't respond. It's because they were running off to order your barrel. They'll probably sell out before you get one ordered.
Looks like it's pretty close to being "right on". Parked in black.........no biggie    M4 feed ramps...........no biggie.

+1 order it before it's out of stock and you have to wait another 6 months if not longer.

now the fun begins with finding the parts

it doesn't specifically state it's .625" under the fsb, and looks can be deceiving, so......?

[#5]
I've got the correct gray so I can coat the barrel

I've read they are .625 but you are right, it doesn't say they are.

If you Look at the add on the website then look at additional pictures you get this
kind of hard to see but looks like .624 at the front sight area. should be good to go.

yes I saw that.  It's ok cause I want to get a period, or close to as possible, fsb and I'll have it put on by a gunsmith

ok, who's got parts

Yes, they are .625 under the front sight. These are nice barrels (I've done three, so far). You will have to drill and ream the front sight base and barrel. I used take-off front sights and drilled and reamed thru the existing holes (Watch your reamer depth!!!).

I've used several of these barrels also. They are chrome lined.

I have a few of their barrels and they are very good quality.  Very accurate.

But those darn m4 feedramps.  Does this mean I have to have my pristine Colt uppers ramped ?
I wish they had some with regular feedramps.

M4 extensions work just fine with non m4 uppers. It's the other way that causes problems. You can't use rifle extensions with m4 relieved uppers. There will be a gap between the extension and the upper that can catch the bullet nose. I have used M4 barrels on non m4 uppers without problems.

To clarify if there is any doubt about what CNC just said..........You can use M4 ramped extensions with any receiver and be OK............If you use a regualr rifle ramped extension with an M4 cut upper receiver then you run into problems.  So.....with our retro uppers you are good to go with an M4 ramped barrel extension.

I'm sure it will sell fast, they are good shooters. I really need to see this closed off 3 prong brake you were speaking of using.
