I put this pistol together for around $500, all new or fabbed parts. Album! Video_Added! RDTCU, that's awesome work you have done with that pistol project.
I especially like 3D models you have done for the piston version. I've been modelling some gasblocks with Solidworks but your work is way ahead. Edit: Almost forgot that this thread is ONLY for pistol pics so here's one pic of my .22LR pistol http://www.hunt101.com/data/500/medium/22LR_Pistol.JPG |

Jesse, I found this one:1/2x36 FH
I know it's for a 9mm, but it's the only one I've seen in 1/2x36 thread. Hope this helps. |

RDTCU, that's really something , man!
I hope you've got your submission to the Patent Office in already? If not, get on it, because, I for one, can see this thing making you a very rich man! I'd rather have that over a 6.5" Olympic() any day. |

very nice. so no buffer tube is needed? is that because the bolt doesn't have to go back as far for a 9mm? sorry, I'm a bit new to AR pistols

ETA: It says a 9mm upper, but it's got a .22 magazine. I'm confused now. i believe he's talking about the upper reciever and not the "upper." That receiver looks like a dedicated 9mm and I think he used it with a 22lr barrel and dedicated bolt feeding it all with a bdm mag. not !00% though |
|
|
so the upper receiver is a dedicated 9mm receiver that is shooting 22lr?
i can see how that would work, just trying to clarify. |
