First I bought the Guntec SB15 tube because it was better than my regular pistol tube, then the KAK tube because it was better than the Guntec tube, then Guntec came out with their Gen2 tube and I was about to order it and now MI comes out with this which looks better than all of them.

I keep looking at the pics trying to figure out how this differs from the newest KAK tube can someone do a side by side comparison or tell me the change they made that makes it better. I see the sling point added but that looks like its separate from the buffer tube (im assuming you could add that to any ar/buffer combo) |

Having the k9 actually helps much more often than I thought it would, and even in HD simulations we've done it does a great job of grabbing drywall when posting up in a defensive position. Having the tac light on the bottom also prevents from carbon blasting it since the Ferfrans has zero dissipation from the bottom. http://i.imgur.com/yyNt43o.jpg View Quote what brand is that sling mount? Most of it is from a kit from Gun Skins. They give you a lot of material, besides the precut templates. I just reused the plates for the 2nd gun. I also have a few pieces of hydro coated as well, but they're all on my 14.5" atm. |

Morg308, I took the tail off the hammer in the A1.Before with the 3.5lb trigger spring, I had 8 light strikes for only 30rds fired. Today I tried the lightened hammer and had zero issues. Same exact lot of ammo. Granted it was only 40rds, but its obviously better. Will keep an eye on it.
Thanks. |
