Good god, you need a registered SBR lower to go with that. It'll look like a midget is dangling from your necklace.
What optics?

Optic is an Insight ISM-IR.
I assume that this upper still requires a buffer tube even though the charging handle has been relocated. Is this correct? Or did they fit some internal springs in there to get rid of the buffer tube?

Still requires the buffer tube.
I thought about building another folding bufferless SBR (see the pistol in my avatar) with an ASA upper, just because of the low-profile handle.
My most recent one has the charging handle on top of the handguard so it's thin and doesn't snag on anything...
mine side charger is almost done i will post pics once i get the bolt in the mail :) btw its the mega side charge upper with y/m national match BCG
WOOT! got my BCG in the mail :) just need my rail and spikes stab to come in then ill be all set :)
close up :)
Why did you go with a side charger?
i like the feel of charging the bolt with the side charger :) i wasnt sure i would like it before i got it but i was wrong i do like it :) and it looks cool :P
Man, I'm starting to get some evil ideas... I can see it now. A 7.5 to 9" barrel, side charging, suppressed 300 BLK shooting subsonics. No gas in the face.
Is there a manufacturer that makes a left side charger? I'm right handed but I feel like I'd like to charge the weapon with me weak hand while maintaining my shooting grip.

What do you mean when you say,"its not recommended to shoot?"
Yeah, baby !!! Another seven six two pistol !!
Mine stayed in pistol form for roughly 2 saturdays.........then I stuck it in the dark corner of my closet, and it mutated into a SBR over the course of 3 months........due to lack of "recoil enjoyment"
