Professional Cerakote oven finish on brand new AR pistols. When I get some cooperative weather, I'm going to do some 200yd shooting, and will post some target pics.

Just finished my 300 BLK upper. I used a Noveske 8.2" 1 in 7 twist stainless barrel. I'm loading up some 110 grain V-Max bullets tonight and will see how it shoots tomorrow!

Just swaped out my spider lower for a zombie, I got the zombie just before the buying frenzy. I did the color fill myself and love the way it turned out. Now I just need a 22 conversion so I can shoot it and not waist ammo in these crazy times.

And I can fire it the way it was "intended" to be fired without paying a tax stamp.

The ATF approval letter is posted where all the ATF letters can be found and the photos of how the straps go over the forearm can be seen there as well.

Cripes, don't be so cryptic...just post the link. Going by the "thus figured" statement in the letter, shouldn't the velcro straps be attached to the stock..err..support? I would think w/o the straps that it would be a stock. NVM.. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_122/593048_ATF_Approval_Letter_for_SB15__No__200_tax_stamp_needed.html |

I finally got around to CNC machining my 80% lower last Saturday. Also was very fortunate to pick up a used PWS Diablo upper. Build is finally done though shopping for an optic, most likely an Aimpoint H-1. The LPK is from LWRC, which includes their excellent Enhanced Fire Control Group (single stage trigger breaks like a carrot snap) and their polymer trigger guard. The AFG2 and GoGunUSA Gas Pedal makes it really comfortable to grip. |

Unless you only did it to enjoy milling your own lower? |

Starting from an 80% lower, I didn't have to hassle with how the lower was DROS'd to build an AR pistol, along with legally not needing to register it. |

I've never seen anything shorter than 7.5" before. Is that because it's a 9mm, or would a 6" barrel work with a 5.56 NATO AR pistol as well? Very well done. What did that rig cost overall? |
