The gas block is under the handguard and the MOE is held in place by a standard handguard cap followed up with an industrial two piece set screw 5/8" clamp on the barrel putting rearward pressure on the handguard cap to hold it in place. I think I'm going to swap out the clamp for an extra thick washer because the clamp overlaps about 1/8" of thread for the muzzle brake and just use a second crush washer to create pressure on the washer/handguard cap.

Just finished up my New Frontier Polymer AR. I'm going to test it out, plastic guts and all. Price was right. Bought from http://www.joeboboutfitters.com/
Future plans do include a Spikes enhanced LPK, but while those are sold out I'm going to use what it came with. Changed the grip to a magpul MIAD because that is what I'm used to. 7.5" 416 STAINLESS STEEL 5.56 NATO. 1-9 RH M4 feedramps, RED-X A3 upper, Red-X free float. Some type of pistol buffer tube and unknown buffer. Spikes m-16 bolt, etc. Upper was built by John , "Vanderjack" on Gunbroker. Look him up. He has a lot of products, is extremely friendly, and his service so far is excellent. The s/n is JRZY on ar15.com Parts are showing up all the time for this and I have yet to make it to the range so I'll update with pictures as this progresses. An eotech 512 for now but I'm going to go to flip ups I think. Sorry for the poor picture. I don't have a better pic ATM. http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t48/my1stpeanut/Guns%20and%20ammo/downsized_0529121448.jpg |

That's all you need for a range toy/truck gun. Plus PA has a good reputation. |

Oh I agree about the PA Micro Dot. This is my 5th :) 4 Others on Ak's ... I love these units. It was more of tongue in cheek :) I will put it in quotes.
