Nice! Saving to cut and paste for as long as the Imgur images work! Oh, and that's the other thing about Imgur. It will only save the pictures as long as people are viewing them. So don't expect them to be there forever. It doesn't exist for archiving your pictures, just to share them with others. But it will be the full resolution image, unlike with arfcom photo hosting. |

Hmm, I posted an image earlier using arfcom photo hosting and just compared the same photo side by side from Imgur and saw absolutely no difference in image quality.

Hate to burst any bubbles, but just about every build here is now going to be illegal with ATF 4999 worksheet. None of those braces will fly.

Just crazy to know that every gun in this thread will be illegal in about 90 days.

View Quote The atf doesn't have the resources to kick in every door. So, it'll most likely be like the AWB of 1994. No new mfg, and the ones already in the wild will be grandfathered, and if your caught doing something naughty with a braced kill'em all 50 round clipped assault rifle, you bet they'll make an example of you. So for the sake of not sounding like chicken little, stop posting this up everywhere. |

That is a pretty cool piece, Rooster. Can you tell us more about the components used in its build?

Especially the industrial yellow charging handle :D I think my next build will be a modern M-4 ultra shorty. |

The other day I went back like 10 years in my emails trying to figure out what work I had done to my Ruger 10/22 because I had forgot. |

View Quote Very happy so far but I have not run it much. I was skeptical about the reciprocating charging handle but I think that outweighs the benefits of firing without a buffer tube plus it comes with an adjustable piston gas block vs gas. Those two items obviously aren't issues on the AK platform either, LOL. No reason to spend extra money on a law folder or breakdown to store it as it fits in my Vertex Gamut 2.0 backpack and is ready to go straight out of the bag. |
