I don't know if DPMS ever came out w/ a SS 7.5" Kitty Kat - but the upper is an A2 w/ 7.5" SS barrel.
Here is my baby, a SIG P556 fitted with an M6X tactical light/laser, the AimPoint viewfinder, and double 30-round mags.....

7.5" RRA Upper, 7 inch Daniel Defense M4 free float rail. Vortex Flash Hider. S&W M&P Lower. RRA Magwell/buffer/hammer. This thing is dang fun, easy as hell to shoulder bump fire.
I know the optics are crap, still trying to decide what I want to do... I'm thinking an EOTECH.

Meh, its a cheap little POS grip I took of my Ruger 10/22. Just threw it on because its was my first rail system and I wanted to use it.
Don't know if I like it or not, I prefer to grab the back of the rail so I can bump fire from shoulder.

It was not illegal when the pics were taken in 2005.
Good thing I took it off after the new NFA law in 2006. They are now on my 18" Tactical Rifle.
I mean its so impossible to put my hand on the bottom of a rail.... I wish I could put a grip on it so that I could actually hold it with two hands... Makes such a huge difference. (rolling eyes)

GUNSMOKE ENTERPRISES buffer assembly
STARK Grip (needed some dremmel work to get it to fit)
AR-GOLD match grade trigger (wanted a light trigger, I may swap this out later)
The barrel is still on order. I also have to return the upper since the charging handle is too tight when installed.

Just for FYI, my sun devil upper was tight with the charging handle at first too, but I oiled the hell out of it and just worked the action some and it is perfect now.

I tried that, destroyed a charging handle in the process. I am sending both the upper and the busted charging handle back to the factory. Thanks though.
