That's the Q honey badger pistol. The brace isn't offered by itself as far as I know.

Q licensed the design of the lower to Noveske for their "Ghetto Blaster" pistol, which is what is pictured. So the brace is only found on Ghetto Blasters and Honey Badgers.

8" 300blk. Wilson Combat barrel and lower, Colt slickside upper with 9mm aperture, Blade 2.0, $30.00 Samson keymod rail (clearance).
threw the Spikes BCG in it from another to test fire. (soon).

Decided to build a budget pistol after snagging one of the $195 build kits from Combat Armory. Went with stealth gray grip, trigger guard and brace and attempted to match the color with a rattle can. I’m please with how it turned out.

Just waiting on my keymount brake to show up. I cut about 1/4” off the front of the rail hoping that’s enough to lock the can on.

A little fire spitting with the birdcage temporarily on there.

How many rounds through that Combat Armory upper? How's the accuracy and reliability?

I literally only ran 1 mag through it to function check it. My schedule and the weather have both been insane but I hope to sight it in within the next week or two. I can report back after then.

The gas tube touches the barrel nut a little but that doesn't seem to matter so far.

PA said these uppers were CL but it's hard to tell by looking at the chamber on mine. Exterior just says Del Ton 1-9
Not sure, I guess I'll find out when I go to clean it after a shooting.
Either way still was a good deal with their coupon sale last week.
What buffer are you using, I got a h1 in mine. What kind of rail?

@boerseun I only managed to get 60 rounds through it. First mag was a function check and second was used to sight it in, then mag dump. I was only at 25m but I have no complaints. I think I'll add some rail scales and a hand-stop to it or something but other than that, I like it. For a sub $500 build with optic it won't be my go-to. That said, it's a fun little shooter and accurate enough for that. It is really over-gassed though which I will use to justify picking up a Sandman K to leave on it. Runs great suppressed.

ETA: pic thread...

Looks like I hacked off just enough of the rail to get the clearance I needed for my brake/mount.

I checked two of them. Both are marked DTI 1x9 CL 556 NATO. On the 11.5" it is marked on top under the hand guard.

I'm running an H2 buffer but originally I had an H1. MI drop in rail.

Dude. Love the no FA upper, but also all the little details. I see a lot of builds that are thrown together. This is a complete, well-thought out vision of what an AR pistol should be. Simple, but beautiful. I applaud you. - Morg

Thanks Morg, I appreciate the kind words! At a few points in the build I thought I was maybe done, but decided to finish it off with everything I wanted and I'm glad I did. Had to get it out of that perpetual work-in-progress pile we all have lol.

One day it'll be wearing a SOPMOD stock and a KAC corncob suppressor, but for now, she's ready to go.

bought a bcg and finally got it to the range thursday. man does it run good. wilson barrel is awesome. nice tight groups @ 25 yds and hits where pointed with irons. shockwave 2.0 kind of digs into shoulder during supersonics recoil so a change may be in order.
