Almost finished.

Still have to install the fire control group, once I decide on one. This will have a suppressor attached at some point in the future. Hoping the Hearing Protection Act passes soon.

How has that C-More held up? They seem like an affordable option, but I can't get any really good feedback from an actual user.

Pretty sure this is as short of a centerfire DI gun as you can get. This is the space between the gas block and end of can, you can see the small gap from gas block to latch. I have a deep socket AAC mount that is only 1 shim from the muzzle bottoming out in the mount!

Runs perfect at about 1080fps with 11.9gr of 4198 and 190cc at 2.15.

Won't cycle unsuppressed with that load but who cares about that.

Awesome.

I finally got my SR-30 lower approved and still waiting on my Sig SRD762 Ti can for my dedicated 300 BLk build. I need a fat enough hand guard to cover the 1.75" OD. I've been looking at 6-7" barrels and considering some that have a tighter 1:6 twist for an exclusive subsonic gun which is what mine will be.

Hell yea.

I'd go with the KAK baby blond barrel that way you can still shoot black tips. Might as well go as short as possible. I can't hear a difference between the 6.25in and a 9in with the N6. That aero rail is 1.76 ID I think, so if that can doesn't have a latch it should clear fine.

We've got pigs around us, but closer to the swamps which I haven't made my way down to yet. Live in a National Forest so I just walk into the woods to hunt.... the swamps are around 2 miles from us. I figured pigs would have worked their way up to us but sadly, not yet. She's a good yote stick though. Wearing glass today.

2/3 or so full of corn.

Add 2 bottles of rolling rock (cause seriously wtf else is that stuff good for?

)

Add 1 box Raspberry jell-o powder.

Grab a stick and stir it up.

Cover.

Set in sun for 2-3 days.

Take into woods, dump on ground.

Wait.

Does the can fit under the handguard ID or does it just mount right up next to it?

Please post when you get it and how it works. I have same barrel and stock on a SBR with standard BCG and pinned non adj GB. It's super soft suppressed with the factory LWRC UC spring and buffer and very little blowback with the Gemtech, sig and SiCo 187 and 220gr I have used.

Looks great. One of mine is a "cheapie" too, a complete polymer Omega E3 for 99 bucks. Have had zero issues with it other than people turning their noses up at it.
