Hit up the shooting range on Saturday with a few friends. Ended up spending the whole day there on a private range.
Broke in my AR and it shot like a dream! Super smooth and accurate with no malfunctions. Put about 200 rounds through her with out a single hiccup. I used a cheap flip up poly sight and was still nailing clays out 70 yards. Next for the AR is gonna be a PA micro red dot with some solid Troy iron sights for back up. Definitely a huge fan of PSA products meow

I got that rail on sale at Midway for $175 a year ago. Think they discontinued it and now the MK8 replaced it. Edit: a pic of the light mount, also from Geissele. It's so close to the handguard. Had to flip the sight around because of the cross bolt to get it this close.

It's my neighbor's gun. She is a family friend and wanted to get into shooting ARs. I helped her pick out some premium parts from PSA, hooked her up with a G2x, carry handle, and some other stuff. I just chopped the carry handle for her. She showed up the other day to shoot with us with an RDS mounted on top of the handle.
I went over the whole gun, PSA did a good job ( luckily?) :) It's a nice shooter, and I've seen far worse guns for $569. |

My Midwest Industries Minuteman rifle. Now wearing the MFT stock, and one of the new MI mounts under the T1. Rail covers and forward grip by BCM, the trigger is a Geissele. The Surefire Scout is on an Arisaka mount, and wears a 200 lumen head. There is a lower receiver QD plate on there from IWC. I ran out of light before I could get more pictures.
