Serious question, what stock is that?

I ask because the ridge at the front appears to be missing. I hate that thing, but if someone is making a ridge free stock I'd buy a couple.

Colt M4 stock. The M4 stocks with the curved part at the front are commercial copies.

Crazy, thanks. Not sure how I've never noticed that on a Colt before.

Last day of vacation got me some range time with my dad and Step son.  First time shooting steel also, wife got me an 8" 3/8 ar500 target for Xmas finally got to try it out and omg its awesome shooting steel.  Granted it was only 100 yards but that instant feed back is awesome. Only down side was when my dad kept knocking it off the stand with the 30-30 just need to modify my rig some.

I need to get a new muzzle device though.  the Jcomp is awesome for recoil but the side blast is crazy loud.

my steel target and stand before

and after a day of shooting 223 30-30 and some 45  not bad for $35 off amazon (both sides were shot)

Newer stock from Sig. It will install on any mil spec buffer tube. Holds extra mag and that can be removed for a pretty minimalist stock. I think I'd prefer this on an M4 rather than on my MCX though. Don't care too much for the knuckle

You're the first one I've seen use TT mag plates on AR mags.  Do you do that so they drop free better?  So groundbreaking you are.    And you're also the first one I've seen put a rubber thing over the fiber optic on your ACOG.  That makes the reticle black in daylight, right?

It's nice to see I'm not the only one that does that.  I usually keep mine in the center though.

Mine would be a lot cleaner if I did that, but I keep an AR on each side (one for the passenger), a lot quicker to get after pigs when I run across them.

I keep my Rem 700 in 308 in a drag bag in the back usually too.

No bacon roamin' my AO, but I can appreciate the efficiency of having it by the door.

16" ARs fit good, as does my 11.5" w/ can, anything longer might be a tight fit, but I have plenty of 16" ones to go around

Tree died from draught a couple of years ago, now it holds targets until it can't anymore.
