I already bought a Moe Stock, but I couldn't figure out how to stack the minimalist stock off. I'll post a better pic with the Moe stock tomorrow.

Really like this.  What made you go for the Magpul stock?  Did you look at others...VLTor riflestock, EFX-A1, Cav Arms A1, etc.?

Oh yeah, specs please.

Thanks Racuhman and Cowboy,
really simple. I wanted a "cool", modern yet simple carbine. Upper and lower are Colt, an AR15 HBar from the mid 1990s. Wanted to refresh its looks. Got the pieces separately, in time, and then I realised they went well together.

Mostly, for looks and cost. I chose for looks and cost. I didn't follow any particular reason other than maybe, wanted it to be a light rifle (considering it's an HBAR, tried to lighten it up).

That's all the true story behind this! Turns out Magpul has a nice overall coordinated looks. Like it very, very much.

Anyone else mark their mags?  I like how the new M3's work for this.  Have to throw the gen 1 in there. Its like its magpul history.

Colt Model 604 upper on a New Frontier Lower. Metal lower in bound.

Soon, it'll have a small optic on top of the carry handle.

Yes it is. I've got it on the bench right now cleaning it all out and I can tell you it is a precision machine. I've got two other AR's and the upper and lowers wiggle on each other just a bit, this one does not.

Just replaced my YHM 12" with the VTAC 13" in FDE, and replaced my YHM brake with the AAC.  Recently also changed over to the new primary arms advanced series red dot, and dropped in a new Geissele SSA-E trigger.

Finished my .300 AAC pistol also. PArts list available upon request, but a lot to mention off the fly.

Bonus M1A National Match and Sig 226.

The Punisher. My fourth AR build and my first varmint rifle build. But sadly it's the only one I currently still own. (had to sell the others when times got tough)

This pic was taken before I installed the dust cover for those of you who noticed something missing.

A Spikes Tactical Lower with a Geissele SSA-E Trigger upgrade, a VLTOR BCM Gunfighter Mod 3 charging handle so I no longer have to squeeze my fingers under my scope to charge it. A complete CMMG upper with 18" SS Heavy Barrel, free float aluminum hand guard, low-pro gas block, bipod, Magpul Punisher engraved ergo grip, enhanced trigger guard (also has Punisher written on the bottom side of it), and PRS stock. Punisher takedown pins and mag release. Punisher and Flag engraved dust cover. All topped off with a Vortex Crossfire 4-12x44 scope with a Dead Hold BDC reticle, held in place with beefy Nikon P-Series rings.

Next comes a Carbine! I already have almost, if not everything I need to finish a carbine lower, except the stripped receiver, which I will pick up locally in the next few weeks. When that's finished I'll save up for a nice carbine upper and EOTech red dot site.
