GREAT start to pg. 179

This rifle was redone yesterday as I swapped the URX3 Rifle Handguard off it and installed the URX2 10.75" over the KAC SR-15 M4 barrel. It also has a KAC Aimpoint 30mm mount, 300m rear sight, 2 taupe VB 11-rib panels, and a KAC A2 taupe grip.

The SR-15 M4 barrel was purchased from Geno a while ago and cut to 14.5" and the YHM QD Brake pinned and welded.

First AR15 and I am loving it! My wife loves it too, so I may have to build her one . Still need to get a LPV optic for this one first.

Thanks. It's missing a light. I took the Surefire M300A off it when I got my SBR and haven't replaced it yet. Probably gonna get an M600 Ultra for it at some point.

It is a good shooter though.

Cool gun too.

Have you considered something like a TLR-1S at 12 o'clock on your 16" rifle? The pic-rails forward of your FSB are just about perfect for a light at that position. It'll sit below the sight post as well.

Similar to how I did this FSB cutout on a Noveske NSR-11:

I tried that for a bit, however the TLR-1 sits a bit taller than what I like.

Unless I'm missing something same as a TA31. You'd remove ACOG, zero BUIS, mount ACOG, zero ACOG or confirm ACOG zero, and done I do believe.
