Access the tubes easily by pulling out the rubber end caps. Jusy be careful of the two pinch points. One pinch point is the lever for the locking mech. It'll bite your finger as it snaps shut and the other is the gap near the end plate when closing the stock. It'll grab a portion of your hand if your not paying attention! After that and being more carefull, im glad i chose the STR over getting another sopmod.. |

I think I'll let the weight be the deciding factor, lightest stock will be chosen as it's for an SBR. |

Whatcha gonna do when you drop it and break that red dot? That was just to throw something on there, I'm working on my second one now and have an eotech ordered for it (and mbus's). This one is going to turn into an accuracy gun, and the new one will be a fun gun. |

Yes Sir... the can (AAC 762SDN6) is waiting at the dealer. It barely clears the rail but it does not touch. It's also obnoxious as hell to shoot without the can....rattles your fillings.

Is that a 300 BLK set-up? This is tight -> http://www.krichbaum.net/gallery/albums/userpics/10001/000_0008_281024x76829.jpg Nope... 5.56. I'm looking at building a 9" BLK upper just like the AAC version...but I have the wrench so I'll do my own URX rails. Better pics with the wifes camera. |

That's the point...multical. Works great and is rated for 5.56 SBR's, short .308's, .300BLK...every centerfire under .30cal. It only weighs a few more ounces than the M4-2000. It'll play triple duty on two .308's and the rifle pictured, along with the .300BLK upper when it's done.
CMS ETA: I'm a bad influence... |

It's 2.4oz heavier and 2-4DB louder...not a bad trade of for how versatile it is.

Just stopped by one of their stores today to buy a Innovative Arms WAR upper, LPK, ALG QMS trigger, Magpul MIAD, and Magpul AFG2 for the wifes AR (already have a PSA lower). Still gotta pick up a Noveske 16" LTWT SS barrel, BCG, stock, BUIS, AAC 51T mount, and a KAC URX rail....there goes another $1000...
