I am thinking of moving to a Safariland ELS belt and set up. Do I order a belt in the size that matches my waist size - or do I need to add/subtract from my waist?

In other words...I wear size 38 pants, what size ELS belt to I want?

I wear a 36 and ordered a 36. It is perfect, but no room to grow.

Do you know your belt size? Grab one of your belts and go by that for both 032 and the inner liner belt.

One option is to have a little overlap, but turn the belt around and latch it in the back. I have on belt the will be set up like that.
