Sorry folks, I should have done this earlier but life has been hectic.
We do this on a couple of other hunting forums and I find it an excellent resource as I look back on the season.
Pretty much what you do is reply and keep your tally in that one reply and edit it each time you have an update with more birds. You can see how I am doing it below.
Regular Season 2007
11/18 3 geese - (Daiy pit total = 6)
11/19 3 geese - (Daiy pit total = 5)
11/20 3 geese - ( Daily pit total = 5) Afternoon hunt. Snow moving in mid 30s wind out of the east.
11/21 0 geese - (Daily pit total = 4) DNH - I did not hunt
11/22 4 geese - (Daily pit total = 8) Migrators from north. 18 decoys / hard calling! 9 deg F outside
12/05 2 geese - (Daily pit total = 2) Solo hunt after work. Group of 200 in south field. 1 flock of 10 came in to me took 2.
12/08 4 geese - (Daily pit total = 4) Solo hunt in the morning flurries all morning. Tons of migrators.
12/14 4 geese - (Daily pit total = 7) Snowy and chilly. Wind out of the north. Birds flew at 9:45am
12/25 2 geese - (Daily pit total = 2) Snowy and wind out of the north. Birds off West Lake
12/30 1 goose - (Daily pit total = 2) Clear skys until 3:30 then 40mph winds out of the north. Visibility 5' as we went to the trucks.
12/31 0 geese - (Daily pit total = 4) DNH - I did not hunt
1/6 1 goose - (Daily pit total = 3)
1/12 2 geese - (Daily pit total = 4)
1/13 1 goose - (Daily pit total = 2)
1/17 0 goose - (Daily pit total = 1)
1/26 1 geese - (Daily pit total = 2)
2/02 1 goose - (Daily pit total = 1)
2/08 1 goose - (Daily pit total = 3)
2/09 1 goose - (Daily Pit total = 1)
2/17 4 geese - (Daily pit total = 4) ** 3 shots, 4 birds, 1 band

Lots of early mornings before work, the lack of sleep sucked, but it was worth it.
127 birds is pretty incredible. Strong work Bro. How come your season is so short out there? We just got the big ducks (blacks & mallards) about 3 weeks ago.

Was kind of a weird year, Only on 5 days did I get a limit of 6 ducks. Got skunked on 6 days. Either saw no Ducks or Shot like shit.
Starts the last Saturday of September and ends after 60 days.
We have and Early and Late Goose season, the Late Season Opened today.
I hunted a Corn Field with three other guys got 12 Geese.
The limit during the late season is 5 per person per day.
Everything is now frozen expect the Mississippi River.
I just checked on the NH season and ours opens the first Wed of Oct every year but it feels like our season is longer cuz they split it. this year the shutdown came at the worst possible time. weather was perfect and had a TON of birds moving through. Most of the water is locked up tight around here now. Except for a few marshes that for some reason don't freeze 'til late and are holding all kinda Mallards and Blacks.
everytime I've gone out it's been slow.
It has been calm and warm so there was very little activity this year.
I got 2 buffleheads and a goose this season, that's it.
shot a speck and 1 grey duck and 3 spoonbill
25 days of hunting this season .
76 mallards
8 gadwall
17 woodies
4 ringneck
1 buffelhead (just so I can mount it)
3 snow geese
ETA: I also shot a banded mallard on the last day of season !
Slow year for me

Last season was pretty decent overall, but not as many birds as I used to shoot when I didn't work 90 hours per week.

2 Ring-necked ducks ( I freeze them for training ducks....new lab only 16 months old)
Dec 27 - 6/possible 10 Canadas (not bad considering the clear skys)
Dec 28 - 6/possible 6 Canadas (clear skies again) and got to see a flock of canada's following a swan
Always find it ironic when i'm hunting a few hundred yards from a subdivison.
