Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need some help for an old navy guy - Asbestos Claim (Florida)

I have a client that has made a claim with Owens Corning/Fibreboard Asbestos Personal Injury Trust.

I believe he has satisfied the requirements for eligibility, but the trust is jerking him around.

VA has him at 100%. Films are compelling. Duration of service in exposure area confirmed, etc.

I want to get this gentleman in good hands to drive his claim home.

Let me know if you have any experience or can refer me to the right lawyer.
