My nephew just reenlisted and will be stationed in Quantico, Va at The Basic School (cadre) What is the policy for personally owned firearms? He is married and will be living off post.

If he lives on base in base housing, he can keep them in his house but must register them with PMO. If he lives in the barracks it is rough.

It has been a while since I was stationed there as Security Bn was my last duty station. The best place to check is the Base Order for that. Being he is living off Post it won't be an issue.

Edit- The Base order was already given to you.
