Good luck with that, the Marine Corps is retarded when it comes to MCMAP. So many restriction on who can do what and when and how but at the same time there are little to no tabs in most units. What's another kick in the balls is some fuck faces are trying to get it so you have to re-qual every year or get negative paperwork... I'm not sure if they have ever seen an Infantry T&R manual, but we ain't got no time or instructors for that shit. side note: even if you do have a tan tab in your plt they can only run 12 people at a time... so little thought went into MCMAP is not even funny. Side note number 2: Fuck faces are also trying to prevent Marines from getting more than one tab unless they are MAIT... as if every Marine can just fly to fucking Quantico and gamble getting broken and missing deployments and REAL training. FUCKING POGS
*end rant
lol hey I'm a fuckin POG and im no bitch. I dont care about MCMAP really, i think it is stupid I only want to do it for retention and maybe promotion purposes. Last thing I want and or need is to become an instructor too that shit looks and sounds gay as aids as long as i can get higher than a Tan belt warrior i am good to go.

The problem is all the red tabs think they are the Marine Corps "elite", they literally tell you that shit at MAI course and would drop you (either literally or administratively) if you dare mention the words MARSOC or Recon as a case in point rebuttal. And officers, people that make decisions, eat that shit up. Last time I checked the guys at the 29 palms satellite school were pretty all comm guys that are too stupid to do anything other than beat up tan belts and workout between courses. Anyhooters, the amount of time it takes to legitimately belt up is already almost impossible to squeeze into a units training plan. Now throw in the lack of instructors, the 12 Marine per tab limit and the new PFC that checks in every few weeks that needs a gray belt and nobody makes it Green, Brown or Black belt without fudging the numbers.
It's all a gimmick at this point and people that are in a dead end career (MAIT at school houses) are doing everything in their power to make themselves a necessity in the drawdown.
P.S. sorry about throwing the POG word out there I get heated sometimes. I legitimately believe everyone has their slice of the pie in this fight.
