What do they look like engraved?

5 lines of text are available and I'd like to know what to expect before jumping on it. They'd be nice to have at ARF gatherings just in case something happens to me. I can't have morphine, and it'd be nice to have that on a tag with other critical medical info.

I'd guess they look like dog tags. Medical tags should probably be red if possible.

There are some other places to order red tags. If you need to put specific medical data, then red is a must. Dog tags of all colors are pretty cheap. ($3)

The custom dog tags are stamped like military dog tags.

How are the 5 lines of customizable text arranged between the two tags?

It's typically 5 lines on EACH tag, not distributed. You get two identical tags. Unless I misunderstood what you were asking. (Wouldn't be the first time lol)

I ordered 2 sets to label BOB for wife and myself. They are the usual military tags. Rubber ring for anti clanking.
Long chain and small chain.

Any possibility of Red Allergy tags? I need to order 2 Red & 2 silver pair.
