Another reminder to make Fantasy predictions ASAP. Who's in for Qualy tonight? |

I've made my picks, but hell, this is going to be a tough race to guess. I'll try to revamp once FP3 is over. I was in the top 1% after Australia. I'm curious as to whether Bottas or Massa will be top Williams driver.

Here's the predicted result for this week's race: 1 ROS 2 RIC - I kept RIC as P2 in the Australia race since it indicates his performance. 3 RAI 4 BOT 5 VER 6 VET 7 BUT 8 HUL 9 MAG 10 GRO 11 HAM 12 GUT 13 PER 14 SUT 15 ALO 16 BIA 17 CHI 18 MAL 19 KVY 20 MAS 21 ERI 22 KOB I went with ROS for pole position, VET for fastest lap and BOT for most positions gained. You think Grosjean will finish in front of Alonso... ? I don't think Lotus will finish at all. Alonso may be top 5. Alonso will end up in the top 5 Algorithm knows shit about racing |

View Quote That's probably the last time we see that screen (in the garage) on the world feed. One of the engineers didn't look too happy when he saw the camera looking at the screen and quickly said something to Magnussen. |

Def going to miss quals and will probably miss the race. Downsides to dumping cable TV and the DVR :-(

I've heard a couple conversations recently with marketing a sponsorship groups who really hate the current access of F1. Also, yesterday's team principle meeting was (surprisingly) dominated by a conversation about gaining and keeping younger fans and the digital access they demand. The elephant in the room was the commercial rights holders and their antiquated ways that revolve around artificial exclusivity and access. So..sometime in the future, the teams and the sponsors would like to see and central access point across the world with huge amounts of real time data. |

The F1 live timing app with the subscription mentioned before Australia gives a TON of info. SO much so that the details it pops up with are what the broadcasters are talking about a few seconds later, almost verbatim. |

Sky's coverage puts NBC to shame. No so hard when you have Martin Brundle and don't cut to commercial every time something interesting is about to happen.
Idk whether my driver this week should be JEV or Perez. Very hard choice, especially with the possible weather. I'm going with JEV. |

For my other fantasy league you have 2 main drivers and then you pick a 3rd driver for every race but you can only use them once. I picked Bianchi in Australia because I had no idea what to expect and I was impressed with him last year. I think Australia was the best chance for Marussia or Caterham to get points this year unless we have a really wet race like Nurburgring in 2007 (I loved that race) or Brazil 2003 lol. |

There has been some talk about the 3rd or 4th race providing a large failure rate as the teams try to push some of the originally installed engines/components. |

I think I effed up on my picks. Underestimated the STR pace, overestimated Williams and totally left out Magnussen.
1 ROSBERG, Nico Mercedes 2 HAMILTON, Lewis 3 RAIKKONEN, Kimi Ferrari 4 ALONSO, Fernando Ferrari 5 VETTEL, Sebastian Red Bull 6 HULKENBERG, Nico Force India 7 RICCIARDO, Daniel Red Bull 8 MASSA, Felipe Williams 9 BUTTON, Jenson McLaren 10 BOTTAS, Valtteri Williams |

Hamilton has no reason to complain about Nico, considering how he pimped Vettel out of his last lap.

Race is in about 7 hours, who's staying up to watch? I'm going to attempt to.
I was wishing I picked Perez in Q1 & most of Q2 but then JEV came through for me! Never doubted it. Lets go ALO! Looking for Magnussen, Kimi & JEV to do well too. |
