The only way it could be enforced is if a mag has a date stamp.

P-mags clearly have date stamps. However, it also appears that D&H mags and NHMTG mags have date stamps too ... e.g. 05-07, or 2-08 on the side of the mag body.

Can anyone confirm if that set of numbers on those brands of mags is actually a date stamp?

I was standing behind a guy getting a PO Box the other day. You need like six forms of ID. No unconnected PO Boxes anymore komrad.

Yes, I understand what you're saying about the AK mags.

However, I thought the only AR mags that had date stamps were P-mags, but that may not be the case.
