http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=70f_1303178904 Warning: the narration in this video is really annoying, the sound isn't necessary. I sincerely hope that police officer gets suspended for that. It's not going to happen, but it should. Why? If anything that driver should be lucky he/she didnt get a citation for driving slowly in a passing lane. |

It's not going to happen, but it should. Why? If anything that driver should be lucky he/she didnt get a citation for driving slowly in a passing lane. The car may be going slightly under the speed limit, but that's not illegal. Perhaps there may be an applicable citation for travelling in the passing lane, but he very obviously had a car to his right and was unable to move over during the video, so any citation for that wouldn't stick; any attorney would make a case that there exists a reasonable assumption that he intended to move over when the traffic was clear enough to safely do so. Secondly, tailgating within a dozen feet at highway speeds is dangerous, badge or no badge. If any of us had done the same thing we'd probably have our day to stand in front of a judge to explain why we were doing that. It would end up with having to pay a sizable fine, and could possibly lose our license for a period while we went to an anger management class. The police officer wasn't protecting and serving the people of his state, he was harassing one in a dangerous situation for no reason other than the guy was impeding his ability to speed by at his lesiure. Harassment such as this is reckless and illegal, and I believe anyone who does such at the risk of people's lives deserves at the minimum to have it at least looked at by a competent authority. Allowing someone to ignore laws who has the responsibility to uphold the law is immoral, so I think he should be suspended. I'm not saying jail, I'm not saying fired, just suspended while they review him in more detail. |

It could have been any number of other things. I think he intended to pull him over, then changed his mind or got another call. If he just wanted him out of his way, why did he follow him across 3 lanes before he pulled off? Why didn't he just light him up and stay in his own lane? If you watch closely, the driver is slightly pulling away from the car with the video camera, and the van ahead of it. Possibly he went over the threshold that the officer uses to judge speeding violations, lit him up, then got another more important call. Maybe he thought he was texting while driving and wanted him to pay more attention. He definitely got his attention. |

That bolded part in conjunction with the rest of your post is one of the funniest, yet most absurd things I have yet to read on the interweb. You cant call someone out for reading into something, then read into it yourself. |

me either. Wife so fat she has to ride in the pickup. Back sliding window making it easy to throw hildabeast a cheese burger to keep her happy. ALMOST as funny as the ARFcommer who found the fat lady riding through a Burger King drive through on her mobility scooter. Several pictures of her rolling up to order, waiting in line behind other cars, then as she's exiting looking up to see she's been recorded for all time. Final pic is of her flipping the bird if I remember correct. One of the all time AR15.com classics other than shower cookie, goose in drawer, OMG it spins, and bringing fire on a plane. |

I have a special list of doom for people who post swimsuit pics of fat chicks. ~ JW777 Sorry, JW. Wasn't thinking.
