It's off of Gasland I think. An anti-fracking video.

Fracking?

almost assuredly not.  water drilling is a few thousand feet.  Most economically viable gas wells are an order of magnitude deeper.

Natural gas occurs naturally.  Drilling for water is still drilling and you can tap in to natural gas deposits just as easily.  If the gas was available at water drilling depths, there wouldn't be need for advanced drilling techniques in most cases.

As soon as I saw that pic, I thought that looked like the westbound stretch between Long Beach and Bay St. Louis, headed toward LA.

ETA:  I was stationed at Stennis for about three years (2/09-12-11)

Yep. It's been a known condition in Bradford and Tioga county for as long as there has been running water. Idiots try to blame the gas wells for it, but that area has had has coming out of the ground for a very long time.

Shit buddy, I swear it looks just like a section of I-59 in between Gadsden and Fort Payne.  Ah well.

Natural gas occurs naturally.  Drilling for water is still drilling and you can tap in to natural gas deposits just as easily.  If the gas was available at water drilling depths, there wouldn't be need for advanced drilling techniques in most cases.

Dunno, but I believe that is the claim.  Some sort of contamination of the water supply from fracking.

The water in my sisters house in central ND would do that 30 years ago. no fracking anywhere near then. But this thread should be funny, so MOTHERFUCKER! did it work?

It didn't appear to be a quote, because there aren't any [ quote ] [ /quote ] thingies. I figured a man with 36K + posts would know how to quote someone.

I'm not at all confused. Thanks for asking.

The fenders look kind of small for how big the tires are. But I guess that could be the angle of the picture.
