I think his was histamine over-production. A week of antihistamines took care of it. Scared the bejeebus outta me.  I have a coworker who is allergic to aleve, his lip does the same thing. his brother gave him naproxen sodium, he took it, not realizing it was the same as aleve, hilarity ensued. |

You're "simplest answer is the correct one" is spot on though. Simplest answer: He's hanging off the wall by his legs as if doing a hanging crunch. His pant legs don't hang, because they are resting on the wall's top edge, and his jacket doesn't hang because he's holding it in place with his arms. |
