Just a regular guy who was raised on a ranch by a former Marine who taught me that keeping your word and giving a full days work for a days pay and taking care of family was the measure of a man.

I'm not current or former Mil or LEO nor pretend to be. I don't consider myself a "gun nut" but I was raised with them in the house and used them to put meat on the table. I believe that weapons, be they firearms, blades or body, require respect and regular training to become and remain proficient. Without proficiency they are at best useless...at worst dangerous.

My wife and I live in a log home out in the sticks where we raise Rhodesian Ridgback dogs. We both have our own businesses and would prefer to make a lving OR go broke on our own terms rather than have someone else in charge of our professional lives.
