It's a mass-mailer that goes after network shares after the initial infection.

The usual procedures should stop it dead in it's tracks. Don't open attachments in emails unless you are 100% certain what they contain. Even then don't open them.

Just don't open any attachments from people you don't know.  It is supposedly in the form of an email from a porn site from what I understand.
