For the short time I watched you all... it was fun. Hopefully in the fall I will be joining in and I will be the newb everyone gets to laugh at (except for Raz

)Everyone, I forgot to put my tactical dove stool in the car when we left, and there is a brand-new Pmag in the storage compartment, if you happened to have picked it up, I'd like to have that Pmag back if possible. The dove stool and sunscreen.....not so much.

I had a great time! The rifle performed FLAWLESSLY!!
Glad to see Laura P make it even without the boys (that's real dedication) Great to meet BAMA and the other new folks. Looks like ARF.com will have 2 squads at the next match! Also: the camera tells no lies...I have gained like 15+ pounds sitting around being unemployed...who's up for the ARF.com exercise team?  August is gonna be HOT! |

I hate that I didn't get to shoot with you guys, but there were so many people in y'alls squad I had to move on to another squad.
I had a blast and I'm definitely hooked now. Got to meet Larry and see the carnage first hand. Everyone else I met there was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for a great event Steel City and look forward to meeting you ARFCOM folks next time. |

We have been shooting there since the mid '80's. He has told me how much fun he has at the Steel City Match. My son is in school at Bama. I bought him an AR15 for Christmas and he is planning on shooting there. I'll have to get my butt there as well. Bill |

(My favorite trick in the summer time, if they really deserve it, and they were stupid enough to leave their car unlocked, is an open can of moist cat food placed under the driver's seat early in the day. )

Hey folks. Just got in after a leasurely Sunday morning breakfast and ride home.
I had a ball, as usual. What a great group of folks to spend the day with. Good stages, making loud BANG noises, good friends, makes for a great day. Larry, glad to see you out there with us. Hope all goes well. Thanks for the kind words. Just helping out, like everyone else. Bill, you and Will need to get there. Big thanks to Ron, Stefan, and the rest of the Steel City folks. Ya'll done good! DT1 would/should be proud to have such a good crew. Good to have the new faces in the ARFCOM squad. I would hate to see it split up. Wonder if it could work with an empty bay behind us, so as to keep things from bottlenecking. Actually, we moved much faster than some squads half our size.  Won't be there in August. Just looked at the callender, and that is the day I need to start driving out to N.M. for the RM3G.    Drew, you get over the buzzer shock yet? |

Nothing like an impromptu wet t-shirt contestant showing up at the match You did notice that like 6 guys dumped water on you within .4 seconds of Larry saying "pour some water on her".We may be fat and lazy, but we can move like nobody's business when we have to.
